On September 13th, in order to improve team cohesion and enhance employee friendship, all members of AMTE Sales Center held a baseball development activity of "Dare to Challenge, Dare to Undertake, and Break Through". First of all, let us feel the enthusiasm of the on-site friends!

Even under the burning sun,it still couldn't stop everyone's enthusiasm. The baseball game started with our expectations. First of all, under the guidance of the coach, everyone builds teams in groups, from which two elite teams, the “king team” and the “face score team” were born. The coach patiently guides the players on the rules of the game, offensive and defensive response tactics, and each group begins to line up. In the formation of troops, the team members perform their duties according to their respective working.

 

A true teamwork sport

Baseball is a collective, confrontational, competitive, and strategic sport. The details of teamwork can be reflected and emphasized in training and competitions, and the team's tacit understanding is gradually improved from training, simulation games to the finals.

Features: Teamwork, cooperation, and tactical execution. During the game, team members must take into account the overall situation, have clear responsibilities, actively cooperate, and focus on communication.

The significance and summary of team building

Through this baseball development activity, the cohesion and centripetal force of the sales center have been strengthened, and everyone's work pressure has been released. At the same time, the tacit understanding between the teams has been improved. Everyone realizes that everyone's growth is inseparable from the team! Only when the team cooperates with each other, strengthens communication, and each person does his/her own duty and goes all out to do his own well, can the team go far.
