In order to improve the cohesion of the team and build an elite team, AMTE R&D Center has ushered in a group building activity themed with "pursuing excellence and pursuing dreams". This is the first large-scale group construction of the R&D center since its establishment. Let's review the wonderful journey together.
 

Day 01

 

Autumn October, blue sky, temporarily put down the hands of busy work, we set foot on a wonderful journey, Suzhou! Here we come! With the sparkling light of Taihu Lake under the warm sun, we arrived at the first stop: Suzhou Cowboy Club.

 

First make a simple speech hai-tao liao liao, general manager of the total, let everybody once again has been clear about the company's Slogan - "attitude, quality, efficiency", and at the same time to research and development center to make another request - "focus", liao goals for r&d department colleagues always visible and affirmation, then liao also kindly remind you that always pay more attention to safety activities. After a little rest, we began to usher in the first activity - dragon boat race.
 

 

As is known to all, dragon boat race is a traditional entertainment in China, and it has gradually formed a kind of sports competition. As a carrier of Chinese civilization, dragon boat carries a heavy history and humanity, and contains the spirit and concept of unity, struggle and enterprising sports, which has a profound impact on China and even the world. This r&d center, through the way of dragon boat racing, not only strengthened the belief of competition, but also deepened the cooperation between the teams. "Friendship first, competition second", whether win or lose, we have deepened the understanding of win-win cooperation, but also strengthened the friendship between colleagues. I believe that research and development hand-in-hand, its interest can be broken gold.
 

 

Then we carried on rock climbing, horse riding, archery, kart, and so on. Many projects, such as rock climbing, are believed to be the first time for most of my colleagues to try. The cliff wall, which is steep to nearly 90°, is just like the difficulties we encounter in our work and life. No mountain is too high, and the highest mountain is the peak.
 

 

Happy time is always short, unconsciously to the evening, then ushered in the outdoor buffet barbecue dinner. Outdoor cold is not separated from the hot heart of r & D people, after a day of activities, colleagues are familiar with the rise, we play a string, talk about the world fireworks show feelings, just like brothers and sisters long separated friends wine chat.
 

 

At the end of the barbecue, there was a bonfire party. Everyone sang and danced, and the group performance was brilliant, which broke the stereotype of r&d people as nerds. Our YIwen R&D team is a young and energetic team, we can not only do well in r&d, but also have artistic cells and colorful entertainment life.
 

 

It is late at night and we are tired. We return to our hotel in mudu Ancient town. The hotel's entrance is suzhou Dreamland, and the giant ferris wheel is shining with neon lights.
 

Day 02

 

 The next morning we arrived at Suzhou Taihu Wetland Park on time, we took a boat tour of Taihu Lake, and visited the Giant panda Museum. The charming and honest national treasures are working hard, causing everyone to stop and raise their mobile phones to shoot.
 

 

Then came the exciting moment. The team members in the R&D center divided into three groups and held an extended game competition. The competition was divided into three parts: breathing strength, nine players and bouncing a ball on a drum. Every game is a game that can only be won by teamwork. It is a party when people get together, and it is a team building when hearts are together. Results are never the first priority, and the process is the most important.
 

 

In the short game competition, we saw everyone's "attitude" is not to be left behind, also saw everyone in order to improve the "quality" and burst out of active thinking, the most important thing is to see everyone in order to "efficiency" unity and cooperation and focus. I believe these four factors will lead us to blaze a trail and open up the road to success in our future work and life.
 

 

In the afternoon, we came to the last stop of the tour - Fornix Mountain. It was said that it was easy to go up the mountain, but difficult to go down the mountain. After two days of activities, although we were happy in heart, we were also a little tired physically, which was also full of challenges for us to go up the mountain.

What does this more than two thousand meters of mountain road mean? It means the final battle, it means the dawn of victory, it means hope in the front, we did not give up! We're holding on! We can win! Finally, the friends managed to climb to the highest point and visited the first Taoist temple in the South of the Yangtze River -- Shangzhenguan, to see the Dome mountain!
 

 

 

Here, the two-day team building activity has come to a successful conclusion. In this activity, the r&d team's talents, overcoming difficulties, perseverance, striving for the top, and unity are all precious and shining qualities.

AMTE R & D team will continue these precious quality, with "attitude, quality, efficiency, focus", for the development of new products, new technology, enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise to contribute their own strength!
